We're a small Ontario contractor, not an ad network. This page covers what we collect when you use myrollshutters.ca and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form, we collect your name, email, phone number, postal code, optional city, the use cases you selected, and any notes you add. That's it. We don't track you across other websites, we don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing.
Why we collect it
We use your contact information to respond to your quote request, schedule a site visit, send you the written quote, and follow up about the project. If you become a customer, we keep your information on file for warranty service and future support.
How we store it
Quote submissions land in our internal lead system and notify our team by email. Records are kept for as long as you're an active prospect or customer, plus the warranty period on any work we do for you (10 years).
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies that keep the page working. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people read, but we don't run ad-tracking pixels and we don't fingerprint visitors.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@myrollshutters.ca with the request and we'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.
