Residential roll shutters are aluminum slat curtains on guided tracks, sized to your exact window or door opening. The head box sits above the opening and stows the slat curtain when retracted. From the street, retracted shutters read as a slim architectural detail — not a security install.
Most residential installs cover the back of the house first: patio doors, bedroom windows, and any opening where blackout, security, or smart-home automation matters most. Front-facade retrofits come later or together depending on the buyer's priorities.
Aluminum slats are powder-coated in 5 stock colours (white, cream, beige, brown, charcoal) plus 1,800+ RAL custom matches if you want to coordinate with existing trim, siding, or accent colours. Slat gauge can be specified for security or storm framing on the same opening.
